A $30 AI Plan From A Homeless Shelter To $3–6K/Month (Then Up)
I got an email from a subscriber living in a Key West shelter, making $40/hr as a server.
He asked one question: “What would you do if you were me?”
My answer: don’t build a complex, high-LTV machine from day one. Start a simple, low-complexity AI service that cash-flows in 30–60 days, then graduate to the bigger model when you’ve got stability.
There are two lanes:
(1) quick cash, low complexity, capped around $3K–$10K/month
(2) higher complexity, high LTV, capable of $20K–$100K+/month
If you’re broke, you earn the right to build Lane 2 by stacking wins in Lane 1. That means choosing offers that are hard to sell but easy to fulfill with AI, pounding outreach, and letting AI do 80–90% of fulfillment so you can move fast.

Two more fast-cash options:
(1) AI email copywriting (flows + broadcasts) for ecom, info, SaaS—$750–$1,500/mo/client;
(2) “Teach AI” workshops—1–2 hour trainings to help teams save 10–20 hrs/week—$1K–$2K one-off or $500/mo support. Start here, then step into high-LTV ads/funnels, content, or outbound once you’ve got runway.
Simple → funded → scalable.
That’s the staircase.
